Maintenance & Tune-Ups
Catch small problems before they leave you sweating — and keep your system running efficiently all summer.
Most of the breakdowns we get called out for in July could have been caught in the spring. A capacitor on its way out, a refrigerant level drifting low, a drain line starting to clog — a tune-up finds these while they're cheap and easy, not at 4 p.m. on the hottest day of the year.
A maintenance visit covers the things that actually matter: we check refrigerant levels and pressures, test electrical components and the capacitor, clean the condenser coil, clear and treat the drain line, check airflow, and make sure the system is pulling humidity the way it should. You get a clean bill of health or a heads-up on anything that needs attention — your call on what to do about it.
Regular maintenance also keeps your manufacturer's warranty valid (most require it) and keeps the system running at the efficiency you paid for. Ask us about a simple seasonal plan if you'd rather not remember to call.
