Spam screening. When spam screening is turned on, estimate requests sent through the Site and emails sent to us are checked for spam by My Site Handled, the company that manages this Site for us, using Anthropic's AI model. The check reads your message and the service you picked, together with your name, email address and phone number — never your property address or your photos. My Site Handled keeps what it read for 30 days, where only its staff can see it.

Cookies & analytics

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and, where enabled, aggregate analytics that help us understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

Data retention

We keep estimate-request information for as long as needed to follow up, serve you, and meet our legitimate business and legal obligations, then dispose of it securely. A request or email the spam check holds as spam is deleted, photos included, 30 days after it was held.

Children's privacy
