Local, family-owned, and here when you need us.

Scott's AC and Heat is a family-run HVAC company serving the Space Coast — all of Brevard County and into northern Indian River County, Florida. We started this company on a simple idea: treat people's homes and money the way we'd want ours treated. That means honest diagnoses, upfront prices, and never selling someone a system they don't need.

When you call, you reach a real local person — not a call center three states away. And when we show up, it's a trained technician who takes the time to find the actual problem and explain it in plain English. No commissioned salespeople, no scare tactics, no pressure to decide on the spot.

We handle the whole range of home comfort: AC repair and replacement, maintenance, heating and heat pumps, indoor air quality, and ductwork. We service and install all the major brands, and we'll always give you the honest call on whether to repair what you've got or replace it.

Florida is hard on air conditioners — the heat, the humidity, the salt air near the coast. Staying local means we know what these systems go through, and we're close by when you need us again.

If your AC's acting up, your power bill's creeping, or it's just time for a new system, give us a call. We'll get out as soon as we can and tell you straight what your home needs.
