Scott is honest and expert. This is an unusual combination in my experience with HVAC companies. He was responsive and helpful in diagnosing our issues. We are very pleased with his work in replacing our home system. He is friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Scott has been our home HVAC technician for over 15 years, and I wished we would have found him sooner! He has performed a complete replacement of one of our home A/C units, amongst numerous service visits over the years, to keep our almost 20 year old main system running. In addition to his technical skills and knowledge, Scott is as genuine and trustworthy of a person as one could ever meet. The old system now needs replacing, and for me, there is simply no reason to contact anyone else to quote the project. That is a huge peace of mind, and I would highly recommend that with any A/C issues you may have, you find out for yourself by giving him a call!

While other technicians told me I needed a new air conditioning system, Scott looked at, ran some tests and fixed it the same day. I highly recommend Scott and am so happy to find an honest technician.

He could have easily charged us for more, but he didn’t overcharge us or try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We have a small commercial building, and one of our units suddenly wasn’t blowing cool air. Our regular HVAC technician couldn’t come until the next day, so I decided to give Scott a try after finding him on Nextdoor. Scott responded promptly and said he could be there within 30 minutes. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got the unit back up and running. Fast service, fair pricing, and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using Scott from now and will have him take care of our yearly maintenance on all of our units. Highly recommend!

Timely response, Superb diagnostics, Excellent service, and Reasonable costs. Had one of the areas ‘major AC’ companies (the one who had initially installed my Carrier system) here yesterday and they recommended system replacement citing ‘age and ‘inconclusive’ intermittent faults. It failed again last night so I contacted Scott’s AC and Heat to get a second opinion. He replaced the outside unit fan motor and it has worked well since.

Highly recommended. Experienced, knowledgeable, prompt, affordable and kind; couldn't ask for more. Very thankful and pleased with their service.

Scott came and helped me when my main AC unit shut down on the weekend. He was able to quickly confirm the issue with the motor going out and was able to order the part for Monday morning pickup. He arrived first thing early Monday morning and had everything up and running by mid morning. The cost was exactly what he quoted me. He was able to teach me a lot about my system that was in the house when I bought it and that it was a very good Carrier system that should still last me many more years. Would highly recommend him and will now be looking to have him do my yearly maintenance service and check.
